Installing proven brands of Heating & Air Conditioning
We have the industries leading brands of air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces and mini split units.
Hire a licensed professional from the beginning. The day of install is your new systems most important day. Short cuts cost you in lack of efficiency, down time & reduced life span.

What to expect from your in-home estimate:
1. Contact us at (865) 816-6477 or (423) 404-8881
Ask us to set you up for a free new system estimate. We will work around your schedule and send a Senior Technician who has years of experience and is able to evaluate the entire job.
2. Receive an arrival call
Your Senior Technician will call you in-route with GPS arrival time.
3. See options and upfront prices
Once the Senior Technician arrives, he/she will talk to you about your comfort needs, conduct the necessary inspection of the application, size the equipment and be able to provide you with options and pricing. If applicable, your technician will provide you with a written invoice showing the description of the unit your are purchasing and be able to take a deposit for the job and provide an install date. If vents, return grills, thermostats, mini splits are being installed this is the time to talk about your preferences on placement. All financing for new AC & Heating systems must be set up before the install. Call 865-230-5079
What to expect from your ac, heat pump, mini split or furnace install:
1. On the date of install
The crew typically calls en route and arrives at previously agreed time usually between 8:00 - 9:00 am unless otherwise noted. The crew will begin tear out of existing equipment.
2. Your concerns
Your install crew will be mindful of property and take precautions not to damage flooring, walls, ceiling, fencing etc.
3. Overseeing
The crew is in contact with your Senior Technician and has typically been instructed where to place thermostat, vents, return grills, mini splits etc. You are able to reiterate the placement to confirm.
4. Pets
All dogs, even non biters must be kept away from installers - dogs become afraid or protective from strange noises & people around your home. The install crew will be in and out periodically and cannot be held responsible if your pets slip out the door.
5. It's a hard job
They will work diligently through hot sun, attics at 120+ degrees and freezing temps, please be patient and know they are working to get you comfortable & produce a perfect install to maximize your equipment's life span.
6. Education
The crew will show you how to work your new thermostat and answer any questions you may have.  They will be able to take final payment on the system and provide a final invoice.

7. Departure
The crew will pick up their trash, including old machines and duct work.
8. The office
The office staff will register your equipment warranties. If you provide your email on the invoice or call it in, then the warranty information will be sent to your email.

Words of Wisdom

  • When it is time to replace your gas furnace, AC or mini split, don't cut corners, use a State Licensed Contractor.  A State Licensed Contractor has voluntarily gone through rigorous training and passed difficult state testing. They must also carry bonds and insurances which protect your investment. (do not confuse this with an EPA license or business license.) There are MANY HVAC companies in TN that are not STATE Licensed, so for your protection, pick one that chooses to protect you!
  • Your state licensed contractor will be armed with the knowledge to determine the right type and size of unit for your home or commercial space.  Climatize Heating & Cooling LLC will design and install your brand new AC, heat pump or gas furnace properly to work the way it was intended.
  • Remember, replacing your gas furnace - air conditioning isn't plug & play, but a complex process of calculation including duct flow measurements, ventilation and efficiency ratings. These actions should be handled by competent & responsible Licensed HVAC technicians.
  • Today's gas Furnaces and air conditioners are different from 20 years ago. You may need to change some duct work for proper air flow and to retain your efficiencies in the new system.
  • Not to beat the same drum, but a poor installation can ruin all efficiency and any savings you thought you were getting in the beginning.  Your Gas Furnace, dual fuel, AC or heat pump systems most important day is the date of install. If you want your system to last the years promised, then hire a licensed professional from the beginning.
